How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. Alternatively, you can use the order tracking link sent to your email or SMS at the time of dispatch.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery costs ₹49 for orders below ₹999. Orders of ₹999 and above qualify for FREE standard shipping. Express delivery (₹99) and VIP members receive free shipping on all orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

Can I exchange a product for a different size/color?

Yes, we offer free exchanges for size and colour changes. Initiate an exchange from your account → Orders, or contact our support team.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel, go to your account → Orders and select "Cancel". For COD orders, cancellation is possible until the order is shipped.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider (usually 3–5 business days).

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track it in your Orders section.

How do I use a coupon code?

Enter your coupon code at checkout in the "Coupon code" field and click "Apply". The discount will be reflected instantly in your order total. Terms and conditions apply – check your coupon email for details.

How do I create an account?

Click on the Account icon in the header and select "Register". Fill in your details, verify your email via OTP, and you’re ready to shop. You can also sign up directly during checkout.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologise! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return or replacement immediately.
