Delivery Time
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
- Same‑Day Delivery: Available in select cities – contact support for details.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
- 📧 Email: We send tracking details to your registered email.
- 📱 SMS: You’ll receive a notification with the tracking link.
- 🔍 Online: Visit Orders and enter your order number.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is coming soon! Stay tuned.
For customers outside India: We’ll notify you as soon as we expand our shipping zones. Subscribe to our newsletter to get updates.
Delivery Confirmation & Returns
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find any issues, you may refuse the delivery or contact us immediately.
- Returns: You can return items within 15 days of delivery – see our Return Policy.
- Wrong Address: If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll try to update it.
- Undelivered Orders: If our courier attempts delivery and fails (due to incorrect address, unavailability, etc.), the order will be returned to us. A refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed after we receive the package.
