Product Descriptions: We strive to display accurate product images, colours, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Discounts & Offers: Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and may be subject to specific terms. We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at our discretion.
Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

4. Payments

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.
All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
In case of payment failure, please contact your bank or our support team. Orders with failed payments will not be processed.

⚠️ Important: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹15,000. For orders above this amount, we require prepayment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Returns are subject to inspection. Items with stains, tears, or signs of use will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
